l Screen printing the silver-based conductive epoxy on the surface of the substrate. ² Cut a retangular hole on the thin film with dimension of PZT ² Put the horn at the desired position on the screen printing device ² Spread a thin layer of the conductive epoxy on the horn¡¦s surface l Use tweezer put the back electrode of PZT plate onto the epoxy layer. l Adjust PZT to get the uniform thickness of conductive epoxy. l Use the hot air station, the temperature air at 120oC for the fastest curing time (10 minutes). l Then bond the fine electrical wires on the electrodes of the PZT using conductive epoxy. ¡@ |
